Cap: The Winter soldier was able to balance the humor while still being a serious movie. Cap: TWS directors are directing civil war so hopefully they stick to their formula.

I like it. I don't watch these for humor at all so for some of them to be legit funny is a huge plus because I barely laugh at actual comedies. And they manage to deliver it well too with a nice mix of slapstick, randomness, or plain wittiness. Whoever writes their shyt has a great sense of humor. Few can do a family friendly movie that's funny while not feeling corny at all.

Its like an song that's a club banger when played in the club, but bangs in the whip when you're solo, and fits the gym at the same time, and again during alone time listening to it with headphones on a rainy day. Marvel's editing team tweaks flicks in a way where they can code switch depending on the audience, that's something that deserves applause.

it's all the directors, people say that kevin feige has alotta influence but the directors of the films have alot of influence. compare the avengers films by joss whedon to the winter soldier by the russo brothers.
They deserve it too, that was a damn good movie. Best of each so far with GotG being second
