I love T2, but if there hasn't been a better action film since then there is a real problem. Now I say that knowing the quality of movies has diminished on average but come on.

Cap 2 & 3, Infinity war off tops.

I won’t say I enjoyed Avengers 1 or FFH as much as T-2, they have more flaws than the other films storyline wise to be as good overall despite dope sequences, same with Endgame.

What makes the MCU so special, imo, is that its like 20 mostly good to great movies that tell a single story. It's more comparable to Star Wars. Which it has surpassed. I doubt we'll see a series as grand and as good again.

T2 is not exactly comparable, but if forced to compare T2 is better than any single MCU movie. I haven't seen any other Terminator flicks besides the first two, so I can't speak on comparing the whole franchise to the MCU.
