T'chaka is the father. T'challa had better fights than Batman in civil war without the suit. he beat Bucky a super soldier. Batman had extensive organ damage and an 8 year retirement. Flabby and sick batman can't beat Panther.
Killmonger. Bane in the comics had to get Batman to fight everybody else so he was too weary to fight Bane. Bane in the movies fought an out of his prime Batman, and lost the rematch. Bane would not be any match against Killmonger.
