Cutting regular-size meals into many tiny bites, singing happy songs during trying times, and selling all your extra stuff on eBay and Craigslist are just some of the completely unhelpful tips McDonald's is actually, seriously suggesting to workers through its McResources employee portal. As advocacy group Low Pay Is Not OK's new video shows, the fast-food giant is also admonishing employees to "quit complaining," you know, because that raises stress hormone levels.
