I did a trip through europe in 2019 and every country/city i went had kiosks

no but it’s cuts down on staff. Half the people staffed at McDonald’s are taking orders and running a register
also high turnover/training, insurance, paid vacation etc. it prob equals out
Totally agree.
They've resold Dragon's Dogma at least eight times but made an online game (Japan only and now shut down) before an actual sequel.
For a long minute, Monster Hunter was the only thing keeping them afloat.
