McConaughey wants to do another Season of True Detective

This is dope. McConaughey has changed his mind and says he's down to reprise his role as Rust Cohle and do another season of True Detective in the future. This is big because before he said he wouldn't. They should wait a season or 2. There was a 17 year gap. We can see what other cases Marty and Rust worked in those years.

i wouldnt mind him doing a cameo or two on an upcoming season. the creators said the series was "loosely connected", so maybe the case spills over into another part of the country in a different form or who knows what. sounds like it will all be the same universe so rust cohle could come into play again whether its in the 1990s or present day.

I read an interview with the writer/creator of the show, he says he'd happily do another season with Cohle. I don't think it would mess up the anthology concept, because it would be a new story, with some different characters involved. I'd love to see Marty and Rust return but not sooner than the 4th or 5th season

I'd love to see what other stories and characters hes got in store, since the first season is one of the best things i've ever seen on TV.
