this would have only done good things like 10-12 years ago before things like netflix, hbogo, and all the broadband sports packages etc.
maybe 10-12 years ago if a law like this passed you could have bought channels for a few bucks a piece but not now they already have that 15-30 dollar a month subscription type structure on the go. Soon i can see food network broadband, 20 a month, discovery broadband, 15 a month etc. In 10 years to get the same amount of channels you used to have on the sattelite/cable you gonna have to pay like 3 grand
