At this stage, he can do what the fukk he wants. To me, there is no sense in putting himself in a situation that favors his opponent. I don't give a shyt that he fought DLH at 154. That was so long ago. He wasn't 36 then. He's not the same now at 154 and in the 10 ounce gloves.

Now I still think he would win. But at this stage in his career I dont think he wants to bother putting himself in a position where he may be at a disadvantage.

I also didnt say Canelo throws "constant combinations". I said he throws punches in bunches in EVERY fight....ALMOST (keyword is almost) every single round.

I don't agree with you though. Canelo does not hrow punches in bunches in ALMOST every round. I just told you that he's known to take rounds off. Yes, you're lying saying that PBF hasn't faced a fighter that uses as many angles and throws as many punches in combination. Marquez uses just as many angle and throws more combinations than Canelo does. Floyd made him look like a sparring partner. Again, what fighters do against opponents not named Mayweather doesn't matter when their in the ring with dude. He's a completely different monster. Canelo has never faced a boxing mastermind like PBF. He's a good young fighter, but he has clear flaws in his game. Over committing to every punch being one flaw that contributes greatly to his relative low punch per round output and overall stamina isues. Like I said, he's a counterpuncher(similar to Marquez) who throws combos in spurts. PBF is the master counterpuncher. Assuming age hasn't caught up to PBF if/when they fight, Floyd gives him a boxing lesson.

Like dude a while back said, people used to say he was ducking Diego Corrales. I remember dudes on SOHH gassed up on Ricky Hatton. Saying Floyd was overrated after the DLH fight, that Hatton was gonna work him. Same with JMM, Ortiz, etc..
