Cotto can't win this. I'm trying to think of ways he possibly could but outside of some judge f*ckery Mayweather wins this easily. I guess Cotto could harass Mayweather with his counter punching since I think he's the best counter puncher Floyd has faced since Zab. Even with Floyd ridiculous defense Cotto is still going to get some body shots on him, but probably not enough to hurt or stun him.

But, there the latest rumor Floyd has sprained his right wrist 2-3 days ago and it might effect his performance so there's that.
