Margerito
and Mosely ....

Cotto struggled to make the weight against Pac, he was arguably weight-drained because of this and handicapped performance wise. I still think Pacquiao would have beaten him tho, weight-drained or not.

Both times Floyd retired he had to vacate his titles, instead of defending them. Meaning the #1 and 2 contenders have to fight each other for the belt..Marquez wasn't a title fight neither was Mosley... So pretty much since 2007 Floyd only had 1 title fight for Welterweight against Ortiz..
