I actually tried last year and I had a long conversation with a random worker at the building.

I ain't stayed in the city since 2015 but I could still run based on my commercial property that is in the city. However, I gotta wait until this felony drops off my record when I finish my probation next December. I could run with it, but it would definitely be brought up if it shows up on my record. It will be removed from my record when my probation is over.

I should be lined up perfectly to run for a position by the 2026 mid terms though.
