The fact the DOJ’s DA stepped down and said it was due to Quid Pro Quo, Adams went on Fox News and agreed it was Quid Pro Quo, and now we’re hearing rumblings the judge won’t even let them drop the case and might push for a independent prosecutor to take over the case while investigating the DOJ for Quid Pro Quo.
This is turning into a complete shyt show. Hochul has until March to remove Adam’s and make Jumanne the temporary mayor and that requires him set up a special election in 90 days. If she waits until April Jumanne would be able to be the mayor for the the rest of Adam’s term.
Hochul’s former boss Cuomo is at 40% in the polls which means he has a better chance now than later, because he ain’t shyt but a recognizable name. I didnt think she had the balls to do it, but at this point the political math is too much to ignore and I think she actually does it. Either Adams steps down or she forces him out in 5-6 weeks.
