Yes it is which people did call out which is what Adams is going through. Is his brother qualified? Sure maybe especially after his most recent job of parking security, is it still nepotism? Most would say yes and there is no problem having an issue with nepotism. Also Adams said he doesn't need security as he carries his own gun which is something he has said in the past.
