neither but if you must make tuna and dont want to use mustard as a binder

just use a lil lemon juice, dab of salt, olive oil (another great binder) and egg yolk.

all mayo is is basically egg yolk, olive oil, vinegar....

btw if you mix tuna with off the shelf bbq sauce like sweet baby rays, shyt tastes exactly like bbq shredded beef or pulled pork

i don't believe i like neither, rarely use, unless I'm making Tuna fish, and I think you need mayonnaise for that.
