Cody's a (seemingly) decent dude, but the disconnect with the AEW Fans over his image and likeability is hilarious.
All he has to do is lean into it, swallow his pride and commit to a Heel Turn, turn back babyface in a year or 18 months and he'll be back to getting mainly cheers. But his ego and need to be the beloved all-conquering hero won't let him even consider it an option.
