Goff wasn't it and the decline in play from the SB year was steep, but I don't see Matt as someone who turns the Rams into a contender overnight. You still need receivers outside of Robert Woods.

Stafford not perfect but his high end is much higher then Goffs and the Rams are a team who feel their a good Qb away from winning it all so I can’t kill them for trying it
