When the running game needed to be solid, they were solid in the 2nd half. Look at the numbers.

Think about this, we got 65% of our cap tied up into the offense. We are already almost over the cap. We don't have money to upgrade the defense when we spend so much time making Matt Ryan play with an All Star team. We gave this n*gga more weapons than any QB can ever dream of. Think about it. This ain't like the Pats. You don't just jam the WR's and kill timing to beat them. Atlanta got some of the best WR's off the jam in the NFL. They are all redzone threats. They all play bigger than their size and they are big for starters. Any good QB can have a career year playing with us. We have the wrong QB for our personnel. San Fran shut the run down in the 1st half and make us take what the defense gives us. Well, we got Julio, Roddy, and Gonzo. We gonna have a lot of s**t because their just that damn good. In the 2nd, they changed it up. They didn't focus so much on the run and we had some success on the ground but they focused on making sure all of our main three WR's were double covered, took away the underneath and forced Ryan to beat them over the top. We tried a couple of times but to poor success. They basically said, you know what, Ryan you beat us. We can't let Roddy, Julio, and Gonzo do it because they can but can you? Of course, he couldn't as usual.

When you have almost 3 going over 1000 yards receiving, that's pretty dynamic. 29th in the league rushing isn't. Defense that let SF score on them at will, isn't.
