I love how dudes in here bytching about women being mentally unstable but somehow it's a sign of mental stability to try and fukk every single woman you come across.
Women aren't coming forward because flirting has gone wrong, it's because these creeps can't keep their dikk in their pants or their emotions in check when they get turned down. Everybody flirts at work but if you're not a complete fukking moron or pervert, it's never going to cross any line or create any misunderstanding.
Dudes kill me with the ignorance they play when it comes to this shyt. We all know exactly how to talk to women we aren't trying to have sex with or create interest with so if you don't want these problems, there are very easy ways to protect against it. It doesn't matter how much time i spend around someone, I understand the only reason I am around coworkers is coincidence. We both happen to have the same job, at the same location at the same time. People want their lives to revolve around work so this is what you get when you bring your messy ass lives around other people who really ain't your friends.
Bottom line if you don't want to get caught up, don't make yourself so available to people. Of course some women jumping on and making bigger accusations out of things but I'm not gonna act like it should be normal for men not to be able to control themselves. And again, this isn't just flirting and innuendo, this is egregious line crossing you're confusing with the shyt all humans engage in with human interaction. If you can't see the difference, then your dumb ass is more like Matt Laurer than you would ever admit.

Flirting is mutual/consensual activity, like sex. One way flirting is essentially sexual harassment. Just throwing sexual remarks and crude come ones at women like rocks isn't flirting.
