Not at work. It's never a good idea to get at women you work with. You tend to find out that when you fall out with women they can weaponize anything to use against you for revenge.

Couple years ago I dated a girl at my job who was a year older than me but was working as an intern. Once we started dating she got hired in HR of all places Luckily we didn't have a bad breakup Because if that shyt went left, my ass would've been done lol. But yeah that was the first and last person from my job I messed with. Don't shyt where you eat

If you new in town. Work was a good place for people to meet relatively sane women you know have jobs etc.

Women in street is harassment. Bar/club women just their to hang with friends so it's harassment.

Eventually you have to be limited to online where a woman essentially is declaring her availability. However, that seems risker for both parties. Workplace is a commonality and an instant background check.

You really should just keep it professional regardless. With your words and actions. Keep the convo light, casually, professionally amicable... don't return touches (women can get away with that and do it often) and try to stay out of close quarters with them without a witness present. That's not always possible, but just best practice. And when you are in close quarters, say excuse me... or ask her to get that file, get that chart or whatever item she's obstructing with her body. And keep ya eyes above the neck, even if she tries to pull that okie doke shyt by opening or closing her blouse to redirect your eyes downward. Don't be food outchea, homie.
