With over 25 years in the pro wrestling business, Matt Hardy is approaching his final moments as an in-ring competitor. Throughout his years as a wrestler, fans experienced his journey, which highlighted both his ups and downs, even to the point of concern.

However, despite the valleys, his “Broken” journey had the fortune to rebound on a high note, with fans chanting “Delete” around the world. Now, according to a recent Twitter post, Hardy may be competing in his final match.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Matt Hardy will move to a supporting role while learning his new position as official backstage producer. It seems he was doing exactly that when Mike Rome sent thanks to Matt Hardy for all his help during the SummerSlam PPV.

If this is true he might have the GOAT IRL come back ever.

no doubt. he's almost 44 years old and unfortunately this news came out recently as well :sadcam:

Matt Hardy says his lower back and pelvis have started fusing together

Hardy has talked about his match with Edge at Unforgiven 2005 where he was permanently damaged after executing a leg drop off the top of the cage. He has never been the same and it’s the reason why he has slowed down in recent years.

On Friday, Reby Hardy tweeted, “Todo tiene su final.” That means “Everything has it’s end.” Her tweet was retweeted by Matt.

Here is the spot from Unforgiven 2005

Cole almost ruined this moment. :scust:
*wrestler makes shocking return*

Cole: OHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYY

Us: :beli:
Not an exaggeration, I’d prefer Mike Adamle to Michael Cole. At least he was unintentionally funny. Cole is just awful in the worst ways possible. He undersells everything, comes off as phony and robotic as can be, and takes people out of the moment. The only announcers I recall being as bad as him were 2010 Matt Stryker (go back and hear his call of taker vs HBK 2010. It’s cringeworthy), Todd Grisham on smackdown in the 2008-11 era, and JBL in the 2012-15 era.

I actually miss Striker. It seems like he was a genuine fan of the product and could have something insightful to say every once in a while. He could come off in a way that some people don't like, but the WWE could use someone like him.
