You can tell by how sucked up he is now. That's why his head looks way to big for his body now.
The story is damning. It feels a little thin, but there's enough for an indictment if the prosecutors want to take it to a grand jury. They have electronic evidence, and an already indicted defendant on similar charges.

He does have a few DUIs under his belt, but he's definitely into Cocaine or some version of amphetamines now. You look at his DUI mugshots and he has the look of a drunk, but now he's all sucked up and his head stayed the same size.
