This is a nice deflection. If it was as you suggest he would've added obstruction of Justice to his pending charges. Nonetheless Trump has:
Committed campaign and finance violations
Stole classified information
Tax violations
Tried to overthrow the government
Payed off pornstars illegally
Committed unprecedented amounts of fraud
Obstructed justice multiple times
Etc
Etc
And the best you have is he killed the investigation while POTUS?
Whether or not he tried to obstruct justice is irrelevant the point is he hasn't faced a single criminal charge despite all the evidence on paper and in film.
