The kids will be better off with him. Single fathers don't weaponize their kids the way many baby mamas/single mothers do. He'll definitely make sure the kids are well raised and taken care of since it's his earned money he's spending.

The school incident can't be the only thing. There has to be more incidents. Becauses its rare for a court to give full custody or take the kid away from the mom completely. Even the father has money its rare. They usually give joint custody. Ludacris got more custody from his mistress because she had an older kid that she didnt take care of but was fighting so hard for her kid with Ludacris.
And Britney Spears had more money than her ex but he got the kids because she was having a breakdown.
I know about the Gloria and Derek just had that DUI accident, the school pick up & forging his signature. But it has to be more incidents for them to give full custody to him.
