I'm simply askin if the match happened, I swore up and down 1999 - 2000 ish Rock had a handicap match on Sunday Night Heat.
It was a storyline of Vince making Rock "Start from the bottom" in order to have a shot at HHH for the WH title.
I do know for sure during that storyline Rock had to face The Brooklyn Brawler.
Yeah..Brawler..yeah...Brawler fought Cripple H too. In 98..they had Vince grind the Rock leading to Survivor Series. In 99...he was screwing around with Cripple H.
I loved that story and hope it's used again. Like if rock makes Cody go back to NXT, beat people there, win the belts, go to main event, then opening matches on raw and SD with jobber entrances and no music, going up the ranks
They didn't miss a beat..it was vintage outside of the different ring attire
