It nikkaz that was born in 1997 talkin about "yeah, I was in the studio as a shorty when PAC recorded AEOM. Shout out to Suge for lookin out for me."
I disagree.
I swear i laugh at how many cats in the industry that've said "i was supposed to ___(insert) with 2pac/Biggie ___ (insert) days before he died" by cats that were around in the 90s.
As much as people call this
, this is kinda what has made 2pac & Biggie (but mostly 2pac's IMO) rep grow after death. Even tho alot of it is
.
Ppl dont realize cats are entertainers. They'll sell you a story instantly. Fact of the matter is alot of nikkas did NOT like 2pac or Biggie alive. Not shocking. Not anything weird. They're just 2 rappers like anybody else (before they died that is!).
But when they died their brand became so much bigger that everybody wanted to attach themselves to it. Not sayin they werent popular before. But they were "just" popular before. Like a few others (ie Snoop etc).
This is what i keep tellin yall.
So i think its hypocritical (not you, but people in general) to call out this
but not the 1000 others that cats quickly eat up.
