While they should be attacking billionaires, I'm all for a little increase in millionaire's tax unless they're up to something crazy like 40%

Pretty sure it’s 9%, just for the income over 1 million.

When this first came up as a ballot question, opponents were really tryna paint this as being some super detrimental policy for those small business owners who barely crack a million. How can you, with a straight face, pretend a person making a NEW million every year needs our sympathy on this. Dummies working check to check really making this argument. They also tried to garner sympathy for one time millionaire earners (lottery, settlements, etc)…tough for them, but at least they won $1M+.
