Studies have shown that you are less likely to get the death penalty if you take ownership and plead guilty than when you take it to court.

This CAC case is open and shut. He's going to get the death penalty no matter what.

I dont know how he died I know after saving kids he got arrested for being AWOL apparently and he died in Killeen tx apparently still sad to here tho

They investigating it and at the moment said no foul play
