To the “black on black crime, what about Chicago?” Folks
Black on black violence is basically avoidable and typically limited to low income areas. The primary causes are gang beefs, cheating hoes, money, drugs, stepping on sneakers and staring at a nikka the wrong way. All avoidable by staying out of those areas, especially when it gets dark. Also the majority of the time there is an intended target, but people can get hit in the crossfire.
Domestic white terrorism basically has no bounds, except that it occurs where multiple people will be found. Churches, schools, restaurants, concerts, the workplace, etc. It can occur day or night. The target is anyone alive and breathing, old or young. The end goal is to rack up as many kills as possible. The only way to avoid it is to basically not be around white people or crowds.
