If what I'm saying is true, isis and al qaeda are mercenary groups who will use angry men to commit acts of violence.

There was just an election and putin "won" and there's precedent for a terrorist attack happening when people were furious at him. There's a possibility that his own people paid them to do this.

What I'm suggesting is these guys will take money from whomever pays them. The leadership gets to enjoy 5 star hotels and luxury apartments in a gulf state(like the leader of hamas) while their grunts throw their lives away in meaningless attacks that only lead to thousands of innocent people getting killed and territory+resources being grabbed by a richer country.
