He was clearly targeting the first dude he shot there’s multiple witnesses saying there was a fight a few minutes before, completely different from somebody loading up their rifle and going on a killing spree and mass shooters definitely don’t pick spots where there’s hundreds of police on duty walking around

In a mass shooting anybody that’s unlucky enough to be in the area at the time is your target, completely different from dudes/other gang members that you've already been beefing with where we’ve established on both sides that it’s “on sight” whenever and wherever we see each other.

The biggest issue is he shouldn’t be allowed downtown during those hours in the first place, he was 17, he couldn’t get in any clubs or bars, I’ve been downtown and seen 12-13yr old posted up selling candy and shyt at 2:30 in the morning

I didn’t say anything about legal codes or charges…. I said that the drunk driver would be called a murderer…. and it’s irrelevant if a shooter targets random people indirectly or directly, because if you open fire in a crowd, common sense tells you that there will be collateral damage…. it's actually very relevant because short of banning firearms, the way to preventing these shootings from occurring will be different due to what motivates these shootings.
