It's easy for me to say not being the one getting hit, but that didn't seem too bad compared to major hits I'm used to seeing. I'm surprised he got knocked out cold from that. Almost like someone hit a pressure point.
It was basically like a boxer getting punched in the chin. That’s where it looked like the defenders helmet hit him.

If I was on the field and saw my teammate out like that...I dunno. You wouldve thought he was dead the way he was out and dont forgot not everyone on the field saw the hit cleanly....just the aftermath

I thought that too. Breh was getting held up from a pro athlete then got a full force head to the chin from a helmet.

Remember that a lot of knockouts/concussions come from how much the brain is bouncing around inside the skull. So it's not necessarily about seeing the head snap back or a guy get blown up. A hit like that where the impact was strong but his head had no real room to move might have meant that his brain really snapped against the inside of his skull hard - that's nothing you can see from the outside.

Also knockouts/concussions can be really random. X amount of force doesn't necessarily cause X amount of damage. We don't fully understand the relationship between the amount of force and the actual effects, we only have certain general principles to go by.
