I’m not a church goer or even a believer in the literal sense but asking every one to kick in a dub is not out of the ordinary.

They paid to bring him to this function and the reason they brought him was to raise money.

Again as a former church boy I know that actually the vast majority of people don’t give anything and any decent church gives a lot out.

To be real the so called Black Church is held up by the few Black people with decent jobs that give…. religiously.
