It's nothing new...only thing new is that Marvin's kid's getting money for a song that sounds similar to one of his most popular tracks and now you think every other Gaye sounding song means that they're owed more money. That track you posted....actually sampled Marvin.....so they're already getting paid from that. Blurred Lines...is not a sample, nor is it played in the same key as Marvin's song.
