My reasoning is that I didn't want Magneto to be old since the Holocaust ended 73 yeas ago and everyone wants the X Men movies in modern times. You could explain him being alive/young due to his powers but it might be a littler harder to explain how is old friends with Xavier. My reasoning is that the Magneto character could be changed to represent genocide or violent discrimination throughout history, similar to how the Punisher has been shown a product of different US wars.

With that said, Disney will do a better job than Fox...but I'm not at all excited about them having X-Men.

I am. Besides Spider man, Magneto is the greatest character in Marvel history. Should be intriguing.

Thanos is a cosmic Doom wannabe besides the Death worship...Doom and Magneto are the greatest villains in Marvel history. Doom is gonna be pushed ultra hard by Marvel studios.

This is the reason i want them to wait. We already got like 6 movies with Magneto in it. Lets give some other people some shine before rolling out the same characters. Not even Doom either because he's also been in like 4 movies. They should start with good villians we've never seen before like how they are doing witht the new spiderman. Put Mr Sinister in there Or omega Red. Let me see Task Master in Black Panther 2 then maybe Namor in part 3 and then roll out Doom in avengers 5.

It's ok to use other villains but it will look phony without Magneto in the background somewhere and hes been above villain status for decades now. Them doing a House of M movie can connect everybody in truth.

hes a genius rivaling reed richards, the smartest man on earth. but he also likes to dabble his hand in magic. just like namor(who he happens to be buddies with) hes envious of reed for all that he has, and the things he doesnt. saved reeds daughter, and as a permanent fukk you to him, named reeds daughter valeria(the name of the chick that he turned into armor). he has a lot of bat wank moments where he shows up to fukk shyt up consequence free.( ala doomwar) his last big moment was being the emperor of the pieces of the multiverse in secret wars, where he had beyonder like abilities
