:scust: dude ain't even acting. he just broods like a typical short guy and is occasionally good as the straightman in a comic routine - and people find that relatable

john wick :gucci: nobody reads hawkguy stuff for the action. i can say right now i will only watch the hawkeye show for the dog

and if the dog isn't in it then im writing disney personally to express my disgust :pacspit:
My favorite version of hawkeye was in the original ultimates series, which the mcu was sort of based on. The one with nick fury looking like sam jackson. In that he uses bows and arrows, but is basically lethal with any projectile. dude was basically a murder machine, arrows to dome, to the eye, in the ear, up your nose in shyt. Dude once came in and tried to kill him when he was home with his family. wounded him in the kitchen . dude was like you shouldn't have dropped me in the fukking kitchen, and murdered everyone by throwing all the forks and kitchen knives. he even killed a dude with and pencil, and stabbed someone in the eye by flinging a broken finger nail. his super power is literally that he's john wick. just doesn't work if you can't show blood and extreme violence. Sort of the way Logan worked better the the other wolverine movies

as much as i liked the fights and shyt, marvel could definitely kick an everyday series about these characters just shooting the shyt, fixing boats, or getting fukked up during tax season

renner is trash, but hawkguy show could've been legit :ehh:

you just gonna ruin blade for me breh :stopitslime:
Hawkeye show is shooting right now

Nah man but I'm not even really entertained. And wanda vision was pretty good for at least the first half. This is just kind of boring

I think the problem might be comparing the two shows, even if it's subconscious.

The mystery and the acting in WV is at the same level of action that's in F&WS.

If you can't avoid comparing the two, I can easily see how this ends up looking much slower, much more boring and predictable.

Comparing WandaVision and this is just dumb to me cuz they're completely different types of shows

WandaVision better though

Two totally different shows . I do enjoy this one just a tad bit more because of how grounded it is and that I can relate to it on a personal level due to my time in the service. A lot of it hits home for me.

Oh yeah, the action here is definitely better than wandavision. That fake ass dragon ball z fight in the finale :laff:

Really enjoyed episode 5. Marvel has mastered the art of the “slow burn”. Some good surprises and great character development has me looking forward to the finale. And I’m now even more convinced that John Walker needs his own show!
