They didn't say why in the episode, but in the comics it was because he stole the Captain America uniform before going into battle. So why was Isaiah locked up for treason by his own country?

I'm just thinking how funny it would be for this cap to try to lead the other avengers
Fake Cap: Come on guys we have the power we just have to work in sync
Sam
Bucky
Vision
Wanda
Captain Marvel

Great episode. Loved Isaiah Bradley & that he fought WS!Bucky. Some intense, emotional scenes & I'm actually sympathetic to the cause of the villains. Post-blip sounds like a shytshow for a lot of people. I have questions though! Like how in the hell are Sam & Bucky just gonna waltz into a maximum security prison to talk to Zemo? And I need more information about the government's treatment of Isiah. That's a whole series in itself that needs to be made. The whole cop confrontation scene was nicely done. I've heard others call it clumsy & poorly paced, but that shyt happens. I also like how they had Walker smoozing with public with his black side- kick. Great meta nod & statement.
I think it's interesting how some people are calling the race/racism depictions forced and pandering. They're willing to believe in supersoldiers and government corruption, but draw the line on depicting racism. lol. fukking priceless.
I’m imagining Tony roasting the shyt out of Cac’tain America now. You know he would’ve had jokes for weeks.
shyt Thor too
Fake Cap: I did the work
