Should basically be Civil War 2. Really an "Avengers" movie with Sam at the center. We go from Sokovia accords to (Mutant) registration act, touch on the racism/xenophobia.

Please get Malcom Spellman up off of this though lol

terrible idea and it would never happen, but i would like to see "Captains America" where Sam leads a group of all the other Caps. Bucky, Old Steve, Walker, and the two Bradleys. Dude who plays old Bradley was the best actor on the show, and i'd love to see him beat the shyt out of someone as an old man. I hope they don't do Young Avengers and open with him being dead or something.

Winter Soldier is that deal, I'll give it the edge over Civil War just based on it being more intimate. F&WS was supposed to supply that Cap 2 feel and give you those intimate moments with Sam and Bucky. Now that they're doing a movie, I don't know how much sense it would make to scale it back when there is so much going on.

... I need someone on this who can streamline the story better. The character work (outside of Karli and her ever changing motivations/temperament ) was fine. But definitely someone who can juggle multiple story threads at once and not have them suffer for it
