They did sneak some gameplay and cut it well to hide it. What they did show looked good. Does look like this may be it in terms of character selection tho smh but they did show Hank Pym too so there’s hope I guess. Welcome to the MGU brehs

I will give it a chance. It will come down to the gameplay for me. I will also say that the way the Avengers look, they can fit right in that Spider-Man game. They have a similar aesthetic.

Game had everyone hyped for the past year. We finally see footage of it and nah...They did say it was playable at the booth so maybe gameplay will be good in videos we might get today.

Yeah, those facial graphics are looking . I do want to see more gameplay and I'm sure they can touch it up before release.

Just didn't wow me for seeing the game for the first time. The likenesses don't have to look like the MCU actors, but something a little more polished would have played better.

Lol Sony stans saying this looks bad but loving everything from Sony that looks exactly like this.

It's not that the game looks bad (graphics) the art direction isn't right.

Spiderman pulled it off but even then just barely, remember MJ? She wasn't what we all envisioned but eventually we were like eh...she's a pretty realistic... Peter kinda looked like how we'd expect Spiderman too look. Aunt may and doc Oct also, miles passes too.

People have ideas of how these characters should look subconsciously.

This game doesn't hit that Mark at all, the game looks like a Chinese bootleg avengers team, or like a what if the cast of friends where the avengers.

Captain America, Thor, Ironman and black widow shouldn't look like random Joe blow from office room 305.

They tried to hit all the $$$ marks looks wise.

If they wanted to go in with fresh faces they should have went back to the comic book look... Having random people as the avengers seems mad weird and it throws the whole look of the game off.


I've personally never liked the look of the Sony 1st party stuff like that. So me not liking this makes sense...but the rest of you

Nah, but the movies have spoiled a breh. There'll never be a Cap like Chris Evans. They keep telling everybody they should move on. Some do. But not us... Not us.

Old Captain America still fights and does dope shyt in the comics. Then time resets again and Young Cap is back... I've read enough to know that Chris Evans as the real Cap will be back if Marvel is smart.

A lot of the criticism seems to be about likeness and art style. I get it. But I think this was bound to happen given how invested fans are in this franchise

The biggest issue for me is the potential "games as a service" model they gonna use for a game of this magnitude in appeal...
