Last level? It took me about 2 days to get past the first one :francis:
It took me one try BUT I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t some bullshyt. I had two healers with me one being Ms Marvel and I hate that bytch but she came through in the clutch.

This game is fun in short spurts, when compared to Destiny which I play religiously, this don’t stack up in terms of keeping me on the sticks. Not enough characters that are interesting, levels are dull, bosses are straight garbage, and the gear is not really good enough to want to chase which is something good gaas have. The combat is some A1 shyt tho and I really feel like a superhero. I wouldn’t say Avengers needs a complete overhaul but it needs a lot of changes, the speed at which the devs put out content is laughable and it doesn’t really add that much engaging activities.

these are just my opinions I’m not trying to bash the game or persuade the next man not to play

Just started playing this on the PS5. Not bad so far, I'm having fun with it.:manny:
So having completed the game, it was real middling. The story was cool and I had fun with the main campaign, but everything else needs a major overhaul. It's been said ad nauseam already but the levels are soooo boring, the villains are straight-up terrible, and the loot is trash.

This game could have been the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance of this generation, but Square Enix dropped the ball hard. Whose idea was it to add two Hawkeyes? They couldn't add Captain Marvel or some shyt? Why are most of the levels the same and have no creativity to them. Everything was bland as fukk besides the main story and the gameplay. Not to mention that Square Enix tries to nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING!

I would give it a 4.5 - 5/10.

After I finish the Black Panther DLC, idk when I'm gonna pick this game up again.

The head of Square Enix has claimed that Crystal Dynamics was a bad fit for Marvel's Avengers, given its lack of games as a service model experience.

In an overly negative statement published in the company's annual report, Square Enix president Yosuke Matsuda said that the company needed to learn from the game's "disappointing" performance.

Notably, he highlighted the importance of matching development studios with "game designs" that best suit their skillsets and interests.

Avengers developer Crystal Dynamics is best known as the studio behind the single-player Tomb Raider series of games, and its next project is a collaboration with Xbox Game Studios on Perfect Dark.

Marvel's Avengers was an ambitious title for us in that we took on the GaaS (Games as a Service) model," Matsuda said.
