I love my Hulk. He was the first character I got to 150. The key for him is basically to keep dealing damage with rage activated. Also make sure you have the skill set up that as he deals damage he recovers willpower. I clear rooms out when playing with friends.

If you haven't been playing with others definitely do that. It makes missions go so much faster playing with other humans. Like 3 levels for a quick 20-30 mission. Over like 2-3 hours of playing I was able to raise one of my guys up 60-70 levels.
