So for those of us that actually fukks with the game and can see the potential moving forward of where they can take this, what's some ideas ya'll like to see implemented?

Like, I feel they could easily have Namor eventually join the team, but start out as an enemy and you fight him first, whilst also fighting plenty of inhabitants of his domain, obviously the Atlanteans and possibly other anthropomorphic sea creatures of the deep.

An easy and obvious other direction would eventually have Thanos, the black order and his Outsider minions to fight. Whether it be on earth locations and/or you taking the fight to them on some other world. I heard someone mention on a YT channel about having to fight Thor's Ice Giants in their realm. That could also be pretty cool. All these could allow both new enemy types, new takedowns, new terrains and new apropos outfits to play in, which would obviously add even more variety into the game.

I think they could/should even add a bit more moves to the cast. While each has a pretty robust amount, I feel they could still at a few more, over time. Perhaps even open up the traversal options more, such as lax the height of flight restrictions quite a bit, at least to fly a bit above the highest buildings in the city levels. If anything, just have whatever's the highest structures govern the height restriction by being able to go a lil bit higher than that.

They could incorporate other movement enhancements for the non-flyers to assist, such as flight jackets or an airbike for Black Widow that comes when needed, in a fashion akin to Hulkbuster armor, except not time-limited. Could even have an auto-grapple hook back onto it so that you could fight in mid-air, but always come byke to the bike:sas1:, instead of her having survive a game breaking fall if shyt goes awry in the air or be one shot deaded with no revival, which would also be annoying. Could have Kamala's stretchy powers expanded and have her slinky herself across the levels, both horizontally and vertically, a la Elastigirl in The Incredibles. Could give Cap some anti-gravity boots to run up walls n shyt. Having Hulk's jumps just go higher and further is simple enough, as he usually jumping as high as 30-story buildings in the movies, books and animations.

Most essential thing - JOIN IN PROGRESS. I know they've got matchmaking fixes on the way, but this goes a step further. I like playing solo, but when I want a full team I don't necessarily care when and how it happens.

Need more complex enemies like the Dreadbots and Adaptoids. There's big middle ground between those and the giant robots/floating fortresses.

Loot absolutely has to dismantle into more parts at higher levels. I don't think a lot of you guys have seen that crunch yet, but once someone does the numbers on the exact cost of getting a character fully leveled people will be shook. Its a different problem than Anthem, but very similar to Destiny 2 Year 2 and every iteration of Warframe.

Mission variance out the box isn't bad at all imo. But there's more than they can do. Horde mode, endless hives like the rifts from Diablo or something, a PvEvE arrangement, time attacks, real solo/hero specific challenges, etc. There's plenty to pull from. They've already done a great job with the modifiers but picking and choosing what they are and adding risk/reward to them could be dope too.

Real raid type boss encounters. There's no need to bring any strategy to bosses if you know what you're doing right now. The strategy is simply to buff up (optional with some builds...) and burst down everything - or outlast it if you've got Kamala or Hulk. Looking forward to some sort of real aggro management.

Yeah, I definitely agree with the JOIN IN PROGRESS as well.

I see your suggestions are more in the backend, behavioral and structure level components, which is all dope too.

Yeah, some real strategy for bosses would be dope. I definitely feel even some of the grunts should have some necessary strategy to conquering as well. There are a few that kinda do and having more of that is welcome IMO.

I was wondering about this myself. The movesets can't stay stagnant forever. With these kinds of games, the devs learn their lessons with the initial cast and the next characters end up being stronger/better to play as.

But they never go back to the "old" characters. I would have wanted different skins to open up movesets, but then P2W and all that would come up. I would play Thor Ragnarok with twin swords all damn day. Widow's line should be able to do much more than pull me up to a ledge and be a "parry" move.

I hope they do more with these big levels, roaming enemies and bounty (hero) hunters would add some danger to higher level missions.

Anything else like new factions, missions, etc. I'll wait to comment when they finish Year One. Because then we know the quality and how fast they can churn out content.

Potential is great and all, but Anthem had potential too :mjpls:

Aggro feels like its "player" first because sometimes Adaptoids will ignore everyone and aim at me from a distance :mjlol:

I was just jogging around the edge :russ:

Probably because Widow has 2.5k melee and they know :mjpls:

But I agree with you and @Khalil's_Black_Excellence points:ehh:

Lets see how they handle the pressure because if you read the Reddit, its on :pachaha:

I'm gonna come back to Cap when the exotics start dropping because I can't adapt to this :dead:

After Hulk and Kamala, I expect to be throwing chumps out the paint with a melee character. I guess I gotta get better with the shield parry but even then that's gonna be the last character I max out

He is fun but I realized after hurling my shield at flying Watchdogs and they just shrug it off,then blast me in the face, I would have to sit down and learn how to play him :skip:

1st of all the loot drops are trash they're real "Anthem-ish" I got every character to lvl except Iron Man. Thor and Cap are my mains.

Man if they fix the bugs and glitches and improve the loot a lil bit this would go from a good to a great game.

To my surprise, playing with Cap is :whew:


I imagine this is similar to how BP will play but somewhat different/stronger
Maybe it’s because I don’t have him with more unlocked moves but Cap is kinda meh right now.
