It was in Peter David's Supergirl series.
He was making fun of the Silver Age Superman so he included that one panel where Supergirl was remembering her weird adventures with Superman including the time he was exposed to "pink kryptonite".
Supergirl and Superman also ended up getting married in that issue too. It was all a bit bizarre.
