I figured with all the consoles its already been on plus with how easy emulation is, people wouldn't be starving so bad for this game.
Unless they want online play that bad, in which case

Pc ain't got those problems can play all the classics with online play

I'd definitely prefer the ratio mode idea Justin Wong came up with along with a HD remake.

The key thing is offer a arcade perfect or at least Dreamcast perfect version of the game that adds nothing but roll back. Which that alone is a monsterous job...

They can do remaster and rebalanced mode, classic and a ratio mode.

Let people use the remastered sprites in classic mode and classic sprites in newer modes.



I'd play 49.99 for that two times over.


Icing on the cake would be like a ranking board, tournament modes, behind the scenes unlockable, color edit (doubt Disney let's that rock) in game live promotions for the latest greatest Disney marvel stuff.

The game could be a celebration and smash hit

I'm all for a re release with rollback. But rebalancing and all that?

This game is over 20 years old. Don't waste no time rebalancing shyt when u can take that effort and put it into a proper Marvel 4 which is what the fans really want.

Capcom can completely dominate the FGC again just by having sf6 and marvel 4 out at the same time and run both at Capcom Pro Tour.

As a casual should, casual players grow into competitive ones naturally and on there own. There is more than enough material out there for anyone that wants to get integrated into the mvc2 community to do so. Causals playing, buying and talking about mvc2 is nothing but healthy even if they play it all of two weeks and never touch it again.

The vs series should be a series that never stops, it was a way to do all kind of wacky mix mashes and system mechanics.

Most people that pick up a vs game don't expect them to be super balanced either.

I want Marvel 4 with 3v3 combat. Didn't like infinite and 3 got stale after awhile. I played DBFZ for a but but all the characters felt a bit a like and I was bored of it before the 2nd wave of dlc.
