I think he’ll be established as a rival but maybe not full on as DOOM since they have to do some character work to distinguish RDJ’s portrayal from Tony Stark. Also just from a business perspective your not paying RDJ $90 Million dollars to NOT show his face for at least the first 10-15 minutes of his screen-time.
Yeah I forsee him being "normal rival" and then when the universe gets destroyed he goes full doom and then we get doomsday where I can see him become God emperor at the end

Sue storm is pretty but not pretty enough to make your girl feel sometype of way.
There is enough familiarity between the 80s cartoons and all the damn movies to know what Fantastic Four is, plus they get to see RDJ again.
Should work as a date movie as long as Marvel dont f it up.

That was Warner bros and Patty's Jenkins weird ass obsession with Chris Pine, he can't be blamed for that, he did his job.
He's been leaning on established franchises, I'm not sure Fantastic Four will be strong enough even with the likes of him in it especially if the rumour that Sue will be the main character turns out to be true.
The inclusion of RDJ is a desperate move by Disney, let's see if it pays off.
