Assuming all the rules are being enforced. (traveling, double dribble, goaltending and offensive and defensive fouls), im going with the small ball. Don Nelson of the Marvel Universe.
Starting 5:
Spidey: Can play both offense and defense. Agility and anticipation. Plus he on that GP level trash talk.
Reed Richards: Can play both offense and defense. Basketball IQ genius. Got that length.
Cap: Strength, speed, and agility. Also a handful on both offense and defense. Fast learner. Leader. Can calculate trajectory and ricochet angles for passing and shooting.
Bullseye: Offensive weapon. Pure scorer and passer.
Nightcrawler: Teleportation. Agility, speed. Offense and defense.
6th man:
Quicksilver: Speed. Good pair with nightcrawler, Spidey and bullseye for them fast breaks.
Coaching staff:
Professor X: Knows what both teams are thinking at all times. Link to Deathstroke to create constantly evolving game plans.
Deathstroke...Master tactitian... Game plans.

SF: Hawkeye (Dead eye marksman from the wing. Doesnt complain about his role just knocks down big shots)
PF: Luke Cake (Can set great screens, durable, and ready to lay the hard fouls... ala Charles Oakley)
C: Mr. Fantastic (Shot blocking menace on his Anthony Davis shyt)

I feel like a football thread would be equally as dope with DC and Marvel, but take a ton more work.

PF - Thor, same reasons as Hulk but more agility and its equivalent to Tim Duncan and The Admiral in the post.
SF - The Sentry, sans The Void....the nikka is the Lebron of Marvel. There is literally no logical way to stop him.
SG - Captain America, floor leader, all around good skill set and court vision
PG - Spider Man, another obvious pick. A number 2 scoring option as well.
