Yo...snyder fukked up watchmen..how do u fukk up the greatest graphic novel ever.

I disagree...Snyder as good as anyone possibly could have done trying to fit the sprawling story from the mini-series into a single movie while staying so true to the source material.
Personally I enjoyed it and have it in my top 10 comic book flicks.

The Guardians of the Galaxy

DRAX THE DESTROYER - a Jim Starlin creation whose origin coincided with the first appearance of Thanos, who is the person Drax is supposed to be destroying.

GROOT - He's a talking tree; originating as one of Jack Kirby's many, many Earth-invading space-monsters from Marvel's pre-superhero days, later ressurected as a Hulk foe and more recently as part of Marvel's "cosmic" roster.

STAR-LORD - Human astronaut born under cosmically-influenced circumstances, eventually becomes a spacefaring paramilitary-type who has a Master Chief/Cortana kinda thing going on with his sentient, psychically-linked spaceship "Ship."

ROCKET RACc00n - He's exactly what he looks like. That's right, while certain other studios are wringing their hands about whether things as "weird" as Wonder Woman or "silly" as Robin can work on film, Marvel/Disney is headling a multimillion dollar space-epic with a talking, gun-toting racc00n.

GAMORA - Thanos adopted daughter, later turned "good." Usually wears significantly less clothing than pictured here.

ant-man :leon:

i was 100% certain they was about to throw him in the bushes, but i'm glad; his storyline is vital to the avengers ultron plot. however, looks like they're definitely throwing black panther in the bushes.

We bout to have Avengers 3 with Ultron as the main antagonist. We already lnow Avengers 2 will have Thanos and guardiansof tje galaxy and all that...MArvel is really going big yime wiyh they shyt. Im still disappointrd no Black Panther. Maybe he gets introduced before Avengers 3

Scott Lang was an electronic engineer who was unable to support his family, and decided to turn to crime. He was caught and sentenced to 5 years in jail, but got out early for good behavior. Once freed he began to work at Stark International's design department.
When his daughter was diagnosed with a fatal heart condition, Lang sought help from Dr. Erica Sondheim, who was kidnapped by Cross Technological Enterprises founder Darren Cross, for help with his own heart condition. In order to rescue her, and save his daughter, Lang broke in to the home of Dr. Henry Pym, the first Ant-Man, and stole his technology. After a successful rescue, Lang tried to turn himself in, but Pym allowed him to keep the suit, but for the purpose of good.

So in other words, I need to educate myself on the comic :shaq2:

*calls comic book store*

or just Wikipedia Hank Pym

Henry Pym - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Pym's character, a scientist that debuted in a standalone science-fiction anthology story, returned several issues later as the superhero Ant-Man, with the power to shrink to the size of an insect. Pym is eventually given a crime-fighting partner, Janet van Dyne (Wasp) and goes on to assume other superhero identities, including the size-changing Giant-Man and Goliath; the insect-themed Yellowjacket; and briefly the Wasp.

Notable aliases: Ant-Man, Giant-Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket, Wasp, Scientist Supreme

Abilities:

  • Extraordinary intellect with a Ph.D in biochemistry, along with expertise in the fields of quantum physics, robotics/cybernetics, artificial intelligence, entomology, etc. and is one of the top minds in the Marvel Universe along with Reed Richards
  • Size-shifting from nearly microscopic to ~100 feet gigantic (both at extremes)
  • Ability to transfer his size-shifting ability to other beings and objects
  • Bio-Energy Projection, also known as a Bio-Sting (particularly during his periods as Ant-Man & Yellowjacket)
  • Flight via grafted wings during his period as Yellowjacket

I'm pretty sure they are goin' with Hank Pym not Scott Lang tho, lol. Lang as Antman is zzzzz.

Got this from ComicsAlliance.com:

Edgar Wright's Ant-Man has been in the works for a long time. Now we know it's officially in development, though no release date has been given and no actors have been cast. Wright says the story will be based on "To Steal an Ant Man" from Marvel Premiere #47 by David Michelenie, John Byrne and Bob Layton. That's the story that introduced Scott Lang as a burglar who breaks in to Hank Pym's lab to steal technology for his sick daughter Cassie, so the movie will probably feature two Ant-Men. No word on whether Wasp will appear.

Wright aired test footage at the panel that showed a stunt actor in an Ant-Man suit popping out of an air conditioning vent to take on armed goons.
