There are infinite kangs hiding everywhere both inside and outside of the main dimension. He is a lot like his cannon great grandfather @Doctor Doom where he has infinite plot lines.

For example, Look at the kang in antman and the kang in Loki who were two different Kangs. Technically, the antman kang was completely outside of Loki kang's calculations because lokikang thought he completed the kangocide .
