Just realzie that Martin Lawrence has never done a drama movie to play a serious role. All of his films are comedy. So that's probably why he's barely get any movies deal now. These people might be like "I don't think he's right fit for this role cause I haven't seen him done any with the drama roles, etc". We all know that he's not a great/good actor but he's only good at comedy. It likes nobody gonna offer Kevin Hart for a serious role cause nobody would take him seriously.
