I said straight up I think he was drunk, that's not a proven fact but I can put two and two together (bar district, 3 am, hitting a human being and "not knowing I hit anything")

And he got charged with reckless driving for the hit and run

I guess every post I make has to look identical to get a point across?

You dont think they would have known if he was drunk at the time they went to his house to investigate?

It was charged as one, he had his license revoked and I believe he was drunk because he wasn't questioned on the scene. Police came to his house later that morning, so of course he had time to sober up and there was no way to prove he was drunk.

I know a lot about the law when it comes to drunks and their DWI's, have a brother whose been doing it for a decade and a half and he pulled the same shyt but wrecking his car, where by the time the cops were able to question him he sobered up.

Add to the fact Lynch caught a DUI 3 years later tells me a lot about how much he gives a fukk about the wellbeing of others when he is sauced up.
