Only people in my phone not under their name is my parents.
And thats just because if something bad were to happen to me, it would make it easy for a cop or Emp to contact my family .
I might do that with my wife too if i ever get re-married

When I first got a cell phone I used to put my parents first names in my shyt in case mine got confiscated, so they wouldn’t immediately know who to call

Only way you get a name other than your full name now is if it’s a shortened version of your name, or you set up your own Apple contact when I imported it
